Hello! I’m Gen - an artist, producer and facilitator
based in Bristol, UK.
Over the last 9 years I’ve been exploring embodied play
for personal, social and political change - through live art, fooling, clowning, Theatre of the Oppressed and other participatory artforms. Previously I trained in Fine Art at Spike Island, UWE.
Alongside my own art practice I produce theatre shows and immersive events, as well as facilitating workshops and projects rooted in values of social justice and collective care.
I’m disabled, working class and queer with an intersectional lens and I like to work with people who are marginalised by the mainstream.
